1 Junk Mail and Good Mail
When you open Outlook or Outlook Express, you can see a SpamArrow Toolbar like this:

Without any configuration or training, SpamAssassin™ can block 70-80% spams. With continue using, it can achieve 99.99% accuracy to identify spam. But if you receive a message that you would consider Spam but SpamArrow does not, you need to simply highlight the message(s) and click the Junk Mail button. This will tell SpamArrow to treat other similar messages like this one as spam in the future.
If SpamArrow has identified a message as spam, but the message is a legitimate email, you can tell SpamArrow that this message, or similar messages like this are not to be considered spam by clicking the Good Mail button.
After SpamArrow scan and classify emails for you, you can check your Inbox and ‘SpamArrow’ folder. If you are not satisfied with the result, the “Junk Mail” and “Good Mail” buttons will make correction and help Spam Filter
2 SpamArrow button
When you click the SpamArrow toolbar button, there will be a pull-down menu as follows.

The About SpamArrow, SpamArrow Website and SpamArrow Online Help menus will lead you to the online resource for SpamArrow. The Purchase a license menu will bring you to the secure online ordering procedures to buy a full version copy of SpamArrow. When you click the Options menu, there will be a popup window where you can select some advanced configuration parameters for SpamArrow.

In this Options window, you may select flders to be automatically filtered. (The Inbox folder is the default folder to be automatically filtered.) You may also select the score required by SpamArrow when deciding a message is spam or not. Normally, this score is set to 5.0. The checkbox of "Use SpamArrw mail signature in your outgoing emails" allows you to enable the SpamArrow signature.
3 Train Filter button
When you click the Train Filter toolbar menu, there will be a pull-dow menu as follows:

Train From Current Folder as Spam: After you make sure the current selected email folder contains ONLY spam or junk emails, use this menu to train the internal Bayesian filtering engine to learn from all these spam emails.
Train From Current Folder as Good Email: After you make sure the current selected email folder contains ONLY valid or legitimate emails, use this menu to train the internal Bayesian filtering engine to learn from all these Good or legitimate emails.
Automatically Search Good Emails and Train from Them :This menu will leads to a automatically searching window as follows:

SpamArrow will search the Inbox and all its sub-folders to identify all legitimate emails and learn from them for future filtering purpose.
4 Action button
When you click the Action toolbar menu, there will be a pull-dow menu as follows:

Filter Current Folder : Filter current selected email folder. The identified spam emails will be moved to the “SpamArrow” folder.
Empty ‘SpamArrow’ Folder : All emails on the SpamArrow folder will be deleted by being moved to the Deleted Items folder.
